Peer Support Network
The Open Community hosts the National Peer Support Network for Ireland’s Community Sponsorship programme which emphasises collaboration, knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer support.
The National Peer Support Network provides access to a wide range of supports and engaging events.
Our regular Peer Support Network meetings offer sponsorship groups, from across Ireland, to connect with each other and share their experiences and expertise.
The Network also provides opportunities to contribute to focus group sessions on various aspects of the sponsorship experience to help the programme grow and develop.
The Network also facilitates a well-supported peer mentoring support programme for newer groups, provides opportunities to share sponsorship stories as well as attend sponsorship celebration events.
